Returns and Exchange Policy

If you need help with your sizing and not sure about fit, please feel free to contact us on communication@zarc.com.au. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for us to respond to your enquiry.

We are happy to offer a full refund/exchange on any items that you are not satisfied with 7 days of receiving the item, as long as the item/s complies with the below details:

  • be received by us within 7 days of the date the goods were delivered to you.
  • be unworn/unused and in the original condition you received them
  • no cosmetic or fake tan marks to be present.
  • not smell of cosmetics, deodorant, washing powder or any other products.
  • have all original labels and swing tags attached. 

We will inspect all return items upon receipt. Items that have been worn, and not compliant to the above conditions will not be refunded and will be returned to sender, at purchasers expense.

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process the funds back into your account. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued.

Postage on the purchase of the initial item cannot be refunded.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, unless deemed faulty.

Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused and returned to purchaser.

Please download / print and include the attached return/exchange form when returning/exchanging an item.

SHIPPING COST OF RETURNED ITEMS

All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping cost is not refundable.

If however an item is exchanged for another, shipping of your replacement item will be at no charge to the customer. This is for full priced items only.

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us.  We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.
